Pam joined our team in 2006 as Emily was preparing to take her first vacation in over twenty years. Emily needed an agent whose knowledge, professionalism and dedication matched her own and Pam has continued to exceed her expectations.
Originally from Michigan, Pam has lived in Texas, New York, New Hampshire, Washington and Canada and now lives in Southport. After leaving the corporate world in Research Triangle Park, she took time for a year long search of mountain and coastal communities to find her "forever home". She fell in love with the charm and beauty of Southport and found a warm welcome from the great people living here. In her own words, "Southport was definitely worth the wait."
Her clients will tell you that she searches for their home with that same passion. She has the drive, commitment, and dedication to turn the home you are dreaming of into a reality. I asked Pam why she decided to join our team. I was not surprised to learn it was in order to better serve her clients. Here is her answer: "I knew that joining such a strong team would allow my clients, both sellers and buyers, to receive the advantages of state of the art technology and marketing. Willetts Properties is known for customer care and delivering the best possible results for our clients."

Peggy McKay also joined our team in 2006. She has been a REALTOR in Brunswick County for over thirteen years selling coastal properties from Calabash to Southport.
We call Peggy our "Ray of Sunshine." She is always positive, upbeat and a friend to anyone who meets her. If she is not connecting the perfect buyer with their dream home, getting new listings for our team or working in one of our many Open Houses, then she is probably attending a class or seminar to increase her knowledge and make her even more valuable to her clients and our team. That's why it was no surprise to learn that Peggy was Brunswick County's first ASP, Accredited Staging Professional. She offers this service free of charge to anyone who lists with her.
As a Wrightsville Beach native, her perspective of our area is priceless. She presently resides with her husband Trace, a Boston native, in Jackey's Creek near Leland. But, she has also called Holden Beach and Sea Trail home. Emily asked Peggy to join us not only because of her vast knowledge and experience selling the Southern Brunswick Islands, but also because of her well-deserved flawless reputation in our communities from Wilmington to Calabash!
Peggy often reminds us to "Remember there is a difference between living in a HOME and selling a HOUSE." Peggy truly understands that difference and is just one of the many reasons we are so lucky to have her on our team!

I love to travel and have been to Europe many times, Hawaii twice and spent 3 years in the Caribbean, mainly St Croix and San Juan. In my younger days I was an avid tennis player and loved water skiing. Now it's reading. I do love this area and try to contribute something through volunteering with local civic and community organizations.
I am a Past President of Lions Club, and the NC 4th of July Celebration (just like Ben.) Other communitiy activities include Southport Historical Society, Southport/Oak island Chamber of Commerce, Dosher Hospital Volunteers, Trinity United Methodist and various civic organizations. Of course, I am a member of the local, state and national real estate trade organizations.
I love interacting with people and showing them this great community. I came here with the intention of staying two years and never left. Yes, we all know the weather is perfect but it's all the other things that make this area so attractive. A fantastic mix of people from all socio/economic backgrounds, an area rich in history and limitless recreational oppourtunies with the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and creeks and streams everywhere.
It's my job to listen to the client, understand their needs and match those needs to the right area and perfect property.

Jerry and Patricia Wisdo hail from the Winston-Salem, NC were they lived with their 3 sons for over 23 years. They originally moved from Hershey, PA in 1983 when Jerry was transferred by his company and North Caroline soon became home. In 2006 Jerry and Patricia retired and moved to Southport. Still being young in age and heart they wanted to do something together and meet people, real estate fit the bill. After receiving their license in 2006 they joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty. In August of 2009 Jerry and Patricia were honored to join the Willettes team, with over 38 combined years of sales, financial and marketing experience.
Patricia comes with a strong background in sales, both having owned her own business, along with working for a national company in local and corporate sales. Jerry being from the corporate world adds his financial and acquisition expertise, having an solid emphasis on being customer focused and result oriented.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional, integrity, market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, all of which are hallmarks of how they work. That said, in their experience as being a part of the Willettes Properties Team as real estate professionals, they have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting their clients first. I was born and raised in Glen Ridge, NJ, attended St. Michael's College in Winooski, VT, while obtaining a BA in Economics. Managed a family business in NJ , started by my Grandfather in 1950, for 20 years. Obtained NC Real Estate license in 2003. I've spent my first 4 years in NC Real Estate at St. James Plantation where I attended all Live South Shows, & attended Myer's Barnes "New Home Sales University" in Orlando, FL in 2007. Love sports (skiing, hiking, golf), nature and Old English Sheepdogs. I'm really excited to be here at Coldwell Banker Seacoast Realty & be a member of the Willetts Team.
