Pam joined our team in 2006 as Emily was preparing to take her first vacation in over twenty years. Emily needed an agent whose knowledge, professionalism and dedication matched her own and Pam has continued to exceed her expectations.
Originally from Michigan, Pam has lived in Texas, New York, New Hampshire, Washington and Canada and now lives in Southport. After leaving the corporate world in Research Triangle Park, she took time for a year long search of mountain and coastal communities to find her "forever home". She fell in love with the charm and beauty of Southport and found a warm welcome from the great people living here. In her own words, "Southport was definitely worth the wait."
Her clients will tell you that she searches for their home with that same passion. She has the drive, commitment, and dedication to turn the home you are dreaming of into a reality. I asked Pam why she decided to join our team. I was not surprised to learn it was in order to better serve her clients. Here is her answer:

Peggy McKay also joined our team in 2006. She has been a REALTOR in Brunswick County for over thirteen years selling coastal properties from Calabash to Southport.
We call Peggy our "Ray of Sunshine." She is always positive, upbeat and a friend to anyone who meets her. If she is not connecting the perfect buyer with their dream home, getting new listings for our team or working in one of our many Open Houses, then she is probably attending a class or seminar to increase her knowledge and make her even more valuable to her clients and our team. That’s why it was no surprise to learn that Peggy was Brunswick County’s first ASP, Accredited Staging Professional. She offers this service free of charge to anyone who lists with her.
As a Wrightsville Beach native, her perspective of our area is priceless. She presently resides with her husband Trace, a Boston native, in Jackey’s Creek near Leland. But, she has also called Holden Beach and Sea Trail home. Emily asked Peggy to join us not only because of her vast knowledge and experience selling the Southern Brunswick Islands, but also because of her well-deserved flawless reputation in our communities from Wilmington to Calabash!
Peggy often reminds us to "Remember there is a difference between living in a HOME and selling a HOUSE." Peggy truly understands that difference and is just one of the many reasons we are so lucky to have her on our team!

Having been born and raised in North Carolina has helped Megan experience all this state has to offer. Since she was raised in Raleigh, her family vacationed in both the mountains and the beach. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Communications, Megan stayed in Raleigh to be close to her family, but the beach always held a special place in her heart.
Knowing she wanted to pursue a career in real estate, she decided to make the move to Oak Island when she got the opportunity to work with Emily and her team. As Megan puts it, "I feel blessed and assured knowing that I am working with Coldwell Banker, as well as a truly knowledgeable and successful agent. I look forward to learning more from Emily each day and enjoying the beauty of this area."
Megan’s primary focus is as an On-site Agent in our New Homes Division, but is never too busy to help her clients with their general brokerage needs as well. We really enjoy having Megan on the Willetts Team, with her flawless work ethic and enthusiasm for the real estate business that she has so quickly come to love!

I relocated my real estate business to Southport and Brunswick County from Winston-Salem, North Carolina in January 2005. Having lived in various cities in North Carolina and Florida made my wife and I realize that North Carolina and Southport is where we want to call home.

A native of North Carolina, Bryon studied and earned a degree in criminal Justice. He began a career in law enforcement with the Bladen County Sheriff’s Department where he received recognition as Officer of the Year 1997, before transferring to the Wilmington Police Department. Bryon compiled ten years of law enforcement service, as well as becoming a state certified instructor, field training officer and master police officer. He is a recipient of the Advanced Law Enforcement Certification, the highest award extended to Police Officers by the State of North Carolina.
Looking at the present and thinking of the future, Bryon decided to make a move into real estate. His ability to work with the public made it a perfect fit, and he became a general brokerage agent in 2005. In early 2007 Bryon joined the New Homes team, partnering in sales for one of the area’s most active and popular builders, Southern Home Builders. He quickly earned his Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) designation and is a member of WRAR, NAR, NCAR and the Commercial Alliance.
Bryon was recognized for his hard work and dedication when he and Eyvonne Willetts were named 2007Sales Team of the Year by the Home Builders Association Sales & Marketing Council. He has also been recognized for his sales performance with the Platinum Sales Achievement and Top New Performer awards.
